Nick Cannon Show Not Clicking with Audiences?

Back in July there were rumors that Nick Cannon was struggling to book A-List guests for his new daytime talk show [click here if you missed that].

That's not the only thing The Nick Cannon Show is struggling with...

Apparently nobody is watching, either.

According to reports The Nick Cannon Show brings in about 400,000 viewers per day making his the lowest ranking daytime talk show on TV.

In comparison The Kelly Clarkson show brings in about 1.5 million viewers daily.

A perfect example of the ultimate attention whore spreading himself too thin. He already hosts this show plus the Masked Singer, co-hosting some lame TV show in NY, manages Lil Kim, is supposedly battling Lupus, probably has some other project in the works, juggles four baby mamas and has seven kids. His overinflated ego won't allow him to not be seen. He needs to drink a nice big cup of sit TF down somewhere.

I concur with R in NYC.

Lol, facts all true. I'm over him when he apologized to the Jews and made a donation.

I like it--it's corny, but it's a breath of fresh air after Wendy's show that turned into a hot mess. I think it needs a better production team, and more segments. I think that it's just not capturing a cross-over audience because he talks mostly about black cultures/celebrities.

@12:51 PM FACTS!

The moment he apologized to those Cave Demons, he became DEAD to me

He's a scary azz bitch-COON....he can't teach nobody NOTHING...he just need to stay outta the spotlight at this point.

As much as I can't stand Chris Brown, even that nigga got more balls than this bitch-COON

I hate people speaking on Black this and that, but will NEVER put their life on the line like MLK, Malcolm, Khalid Mohammed and the great great great Bishop Nathanyel!

^^^^meant to say I hate Celebrities/Influencers talking all that Black this and that, but will NEVER make the ultimate sacrifice of actually walking what they talking....

Bottom line, if yall dumb scary azz Celebrites aint ready to leave white women alone, leave white men alone, stop giving your money to white people, stop having babies with white people, stop defending white people, stop trying to save white people, and stop DYING for white people...

JUST SHUT YOUR F'EN MOUTH AND LEAVE THE BIG TALK FOR THE REAL MEN (PURPLE & GOLD) WHO AINT SCARED OR GIVE A F'CK ABOUT A STINKIN CAVE DEMON PIG

He is boring and he tries too hard, instead of just relaxing and letting his show just flow. If he was smart, he would interview and up and coming people on the show like, The City Girls, Lil Baby, Cardi, D-Nice and anyone who has ever been on Verzuz, etc. Give people what they want to see and not that bullshit he's doing now. Those feel good stories are cute but he appears disingenuous when does them. He seems to do them because he thinks people are interested and not because he's celebrating HBCU students. People can tell when it's real and when it's fake.

@1:59

No, he would not - and should not. Hip-hop has been the center of black American culture for far too damn long. We need an intervention. Hip-hop and the toxic debauchery needs to remain bottom shelf. We need more positivity - but with swag, maturity, and charisma. Nick ain't that. First, his public persona is DOA because of all them damn illegitimate bastards. And black ppl collectively are nothing if not morally righteous Christians (hypocrites). They need a more charismatic individual who has enough of a social media presence, without the toxicity of illegitimate kids. But he also can't have a reputation as colorist either.

I think he did better with Wendy's audience, so I don't really understand why he can't find a audience. I think he's talented, with some swag, but the show is not fun to watch or interesting. I feel like he's pushing through something, maybe he's doing too much for his health. The fact that he's producing all these illegitimate children, and none of the mothers are black. And, how can he spend time with all of these kids working the way he does? I hope he's not doing this thinking he's not going to be around for long.

The only thing I watch with NC on it is Masked Singer. He thought he could do a talk show because he already had an audience with WW show. It aint that easy as he is finding out.
That Wild n Out show on VH1 has run its course. When the show first started years ago he cheated on who the winner was, because he didnt want to be on the loosing team. I stopped watching after the second show.

What ms mac said.
Also when people found out, he's a irresponsible community dick breeder, the typical sorry ass "fake conscious community" nigga. He got the hoe sit down award. He needs to fuck all the way off.

5:13..Woman Warrior....you're in my head. Nick used to be the king of Nickelodeon. Now he's morphed into Future Hendrix little brother. Making babies and leaving a trail of broken homes, he wears turbans, looks unkept--he is fake woke. Who is this guy?? He's a complete fraud and I just wanna know what happened to the old Nick Cannkn?? Like he's having an early midlife crisis.

I cant watch a dude who is out doing what he is doing. I cant relate to that. I cant relate to him & if you cant relate to the host then you got to let it go. Just one hosting gig and all those children is enough

The show is light and fun and I don't mind it. There was not much promotion in my area, so I missed the first week. I want him to win, and with a little tweaking - he just might.

He's just not that guy. Wayne Brady is

I was a huge fan of Nick's. Back in the day, his humor and silliness seemed genuine and had a good balance of maturity mixed in. Although some of his work may have been a little too silly, it was clear he was a mature young man who demanded respect for his talent. I watched his talk show twice. That was all that I could handle as it left me feeling as though I lost a huge number of brain cells for every second I tuned in. My brain was deprived stimulation. Personally, it feels as though he has lost his confidence. When that happens, you find yourself just fishing for what you believe the world wants instead of considering what you want and your worth. He needs to pause and think about who Nick Cannon is and what message he wants to project to the market he is trying to reach. I know life has had its ups and downs but I still believe that talented, driven, positive, intelligent young man with great focus is still somewhere within that mind of his. If Nick or his team happens to read the chat comments, my direct message would be: Viewers have enough bafoonery on television. No need to use the little time you have on the screen making fun of yourself. There are blogs for that. Show us the individual you are within. How have you matured? What are your true interests? Talk shows should make viewers feel like they are family and close friends stopping by your home for a chat. If we are still here supporting you after all of these years, we are your TRUE fans - we are not industry business executives. You are coming off as fake and too rehearsed. Educate your audience and show us that you value our time rather than wasting it believing we are entertained with stupidity. It is insulting.
