Prosecutors want Supreme Court to Review Bill Cosby Ruling

Earlier this year 84-year-old comedian Bill Cosby was released from prison, after serving two years of a ten year sentence, and had his sexual assault conviction overturned after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled to uphold an agreement Cosby had with a previous prosecutor [click here if you missed that].

Now the PA prosecutors office is pushing the matter all the way to the Supreme Court...

According to reports prosecutors are asking the Supreme Court to review the ruling of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and reinstate Cosby's sexual assault conviction, arguing that the comedian did not have lifetime immunity from prosecution.

The chances of the case landing on the Supreme Court docket are slim.
