NeNe Leakes Buys a Luxury Condo in Atlanta

Last month former Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes finally sold her mansion in Duluth, Ga after slashing the price three times, in a desperate bid to unload the property following the death of her husband Gregg [click here if you missed that]. 

Now NeNe is trading the suburbs for a luxury condo in the city...

According to real estate records obtained by Radar, the Bravo star scooped up a 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,045 sq. ft. condo in ATL on November 1.

The new residence — located in a luxury hotel — allows NeNe enters through a private entrance that leads to an oversized courtyard. The amenities include a wet bar, fireplace, oak flooring, and gourmet kitchen with waterfall countertops. The Bravo star will be able to take rides in her own elevator that provides access to each floor of the hotel. The top floor is exclusively for residents. The hotel provides for 4-5 car storage and a 24/7 concierge.

The condo was listed for $1.8 million.
