Dunbar clarifies the reason for his lawsuit...

In a post on Instagram Rockmond Dunbar shares a report from ET quoting sources 'familiar with the case' explaining the lawsuit isn't about vaccine mandates, but the studios following federal law and honoring their agreement with the actors union.

A few years from now, I don't wanna hear how this was a race issue ..... If they have a right to demand their employees are vaccinated, then that's what it is! Let me holler discrimination because a hospital won't hire me as a doctor - even though I have no medical degree 😂 These folks running TF out!

I hope he's saved his money. Disney has deep pockets and more than likely will win this lawsuit.

The only show I see him still working on is The Game reboot, which now has too many storylines and not likely to be renewed. Bye Pookie!

this is hella touchy... prior to this had you ever known your co workers flu shot status?
I'm not saying any of this is right or wrong but there is alot to think about regarding rights and privacy
