This is a little misleading because protective custody and the psyche ward at that jail are in the same place.
If you go on any gossip site, blog or news outlet NO ONE is supporting Jussie and his lies. The brother and the rest of his family are the main reason why he continues to live in delusion. They cosign his behavior. I know he loves his brother but damn...
He did it to himself. He could have been home and slept in his bed last night but instead, he's being watch 24 hours a day because he rode this stunt all the way out. How much farther will he take it?

Smollett is serving a 150-day sentence but may be eligible for release after 75 days
He was convicted in December of five counts of felony lying to police
He fought jail until the very last second and burst into a monologue in court about how he wasn't suicidal and would be harmed in jail
Judge James Linn overruled him saying: 'This happens here and now'
Smollett isn't giving up - on Monday, his family filed an emergency appeal
They say he's at risk of COVID in jail - like the other 6,000 inmates - and that being held in custody is harmful to his mental health
They also released a racist and homophonic voicemail someone left his relative saying they hoped he is hurt in jail
The family say it's proof he is at risk even though he is in protective custody
Jussie can kiss all our collective asses. Even in jail he feels entitled.
Stunt moves. He supposedly has no history of mental health issues but loudly proclaims he's not suicidal at sentencing, only to be immediately moved to protective custody and later a psych ward. Next we'll hear about how prison guards attacked and beat him, or stood by and watched other inmates do it. And then he'll be released to home supervision with an ankle monitor. The games will never end with this clown.

75 days with GOOD BEHAVIOR. This stunt queen is not even in jail for 10 days and has already created a circus and now trying to play the jail system in his favor. The judge may have him complete HIS ENTIRE 150 DAYS if he doesn't stop fucking around.
So sick of this. And his COALITION FOR JUSSIE is such a fucking joke it's laughable! I'm sick of this dude, now I wish the judge gave him at least 3 years.
