Jussie Smollett's B-Boy Blues Gets a Release Date


Two years ago it was announced that Jussie Smollett would make his directorial debut with an adaptation of James Earl Hardy's groundbreaking novel, "B-Boy Blues [click here if you missed that]." 

Jussie's project gets an air date...

This week it was announced that "B-Boy Blues" would air on the BET+ streaming app on June 9, 2022. 

The film is being produced by Mona Scott-Young's Monami Entertainment. 

The project marks Jussie's return to public life following his conviction on felony disorderly conduct charges for staging a hate crime hoax in Chicago [click here if you missed that].
