Wendy Williams One Step Closer to Accessing Her Bank Accounts

Last month daytime talk show host Wendy Williams accused her former manager of conspiring with Wells Fargo to lock Wendy out of her bank accounts [click here if you missed that].

Now Wendy and Wells Fargo have reached an agreement...

From The Sun
WENDY Williams "will soon have access to her millions" after a court "appointed a financial guardian over her bank accounts."
Wendy's contentious battle with Wells Fargo to unfreeze her bank accounts is officially over after a New York judge appointed a financial guardian to oversee her finances, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
As a source explained "The guardianship process is complete, which means the court appointed a financial guardian. Now it's up to the guardian, Wendy and the court as to how she will be accessing her money."
At this point in the process, Wells Fargo is no longer involved in the court proceedings, and the bank will be acting at the direction of Wendy's guardian and Wendy, 57, one insider claimed.
Several sources have also revealed that there was a temporary guardian in place since at least March, though it is unclear if the official court-appointed financial guardian, is the same person.
A source familiar with the process added that whoever is in place is someone who is financially savvy and who is able to understand the various accounts that hold Wendy's fortune.

The first thing Wendy needs to do once she gains access to her money is move it to another bank ASAP.

I hope she keeps her ex-husband and that Bernie guy away from all of her bank accounts. Both men are money hungry.

The bank didn’t just hold her money for no reason. She had to appear incompetent and there had to be questions about the legitimacy of her guardianship before they could freeze assets. The bank was protecting her money from someone who wasn’t acting in Wendy’s self interest.

This does NOT sound like a WIn to me. There is Still Someone, Who Was NOT Chosen By Wendy, Handling Her Financial Affairs!!! The Only Way It Would Be A VICTORY, Would Be If He Money Could Be Moved To Another Bank... This Sounds Like Britney Spears, All Over Again, This Can Be Dragged Out For Years... SMH...

@10:45 The bank did her a favor, in terms of being so diligent with her account.

Her ex husband was trying to access her accounts without her permission. The bank did what was necessary to protect Wendy's assets and her best interest. Now that the problem has been averted, leave her alone.
