Rick Ross Accepts Responsibility for Labor Violations
This week it was revealed that rapper Rick Ross was charging his Mississippi Wingstop employees for their uniforms, background checks, safety training, and cash register shortages, all in violation of federal labor laws [click here if you missed that].
Rick Ross addresses the incident...
In a message posted on Instagram Stories Rick Ross acknowleges his mistakes and assured his fans he never makes the same mistake twice.
He's full of shit. He thought he could get over on his employees because he's a hustler and is used to being able to strong arm mfers while maximizing profit. His dumbass didn't know that federal law ain't street law, nigga! Where 50 at? Get the strap ๐คจ
It bothers me that successful black ppl intentionally set out to take advantage of the workers that keep their business going...Its the same mentality as white slave masters.... I mean if NOTHING else black owners treat your workers fairly.....Same shit with Puffy, Kanye and the rest of them gluttony hogs that eat the whole bucket of food.
I understand positive affirmation and all but Ross is not the biggest boss of anything other than his self-deluded ego and bs social mask he fronts. Can't knock his hustle but he needs to expand his vocabulary and parlance. Now go down to MS and make things right with the people you took advantage of!!
The "SAD" Part Is, Those Employees That He Took Advantage Of Probably Brought His Music & Were Happy When They Got The Job... He Treated His Employees, Worse Than Ms. Robbie At Sweetie Pies...The Whyte Man Don't Have To Hold Us Back, When There Are N!ggas Like Him Running Businesses & Are Out Here Doing The Dirt!!!! Smh....
He is Only Accepting Responsibility For His Actions Because, Somebody Reported His A$$, & He Was Reported To The Authorities... N!GGA GOT CAUGHT!!! He Was Forced To Do The Right Thing....
Dude is/was a fake Drug Dealer... He's a rapper who claims to be a boss. William Leonard Roberts II is a poser who doesn't know who he really is. He has portrayed a false image of himself for nearly 20 years. Nothing he says or does should be taken seriously! Burrrrrr!
^^^LOL....EVERYTHING about this n66a a fraud....He should've broke The Real Freeway Off since he used his persona....All this fat fuk do is steal.. I ain't forget what Corey Holcombe said this ni66a like boys
I am happy to see this level of maturity. Being the Boss at this level, requires that he take responsibility. HE HAS Keep doing big things! Leave the Rap ish alone, be like Rianna, move on.

Insincere & shallow.
He did the right thing unlike Ray J.
Just do what you suppose to do and move on. Don't nobody need a lecture from you on being responsible.

So...the "boss" bowed down to ''The Man.'
No regrets. No remorse.
Just accept your wrong business move. That speech was stupid. You was running that place like you was Pinky and got caught.
