Sparkle tells her followers that this is a family feud and that her sister is trying to throw her under the bus to justify why she continued to allow her daughter to interact with R. Kelly after the video was made public. She also clarified the real reason she introduced her niece, sister and brother-in-law to R. Kelly is because he promised her an imprint on his record label, and she was trying to give them opportunities. As for telling her niece to sit on R. Kelly's lap, rub his head or ask him to be her godfather, Sparkle calls that a flat out fuxking lie.

The whole situation is just disgusting. A bunch of worthless adults complicit in the exploitation of a child is beyond perverse. I do believe Sparkle is the only one who tried to stop it.
Sparkle is the only one who spoke out so like I said before, the victim and the parents are deflecting. Sparkle had the guts to not accept any money or bribes from the start. I hate liars. She is humiliated because her parents failed her. Her ass was star struck and went along with anything R. Kelly monster ass said. She acknowledged it was hundreds of times she had sex with a grown man. I’m not trying to shame a child but she needs to truthful. When she sat in court with her parents and they all lied they should be mad at themselves.

I honestly don't believe Sparkle had anything to do with it or any prior knowledge because unlike this girl's parents and aaliyah's parents, Sparkle was very vocal and even testified against him. I think that Sparkle had more to lose than to gain from speaking out against. Her parents failed her and I think needs someone to blame since she doesn't want to throw them under the bus. Just like he going to jail, her parents, aaliyahs parents and everyone else who he paid off to keep quiet needs to occupy a cell too.
Sparkle told everything except how she was riding and sliding with Kelly too.

This is bullshit. As a mother I am responsible for what goes on with my child. I am going to know where she is and who she's with. There is no way in hell that my sister would or even could put my daughter up to some shit like this and I don't severely touch everyone involved. It was a nice try (too little too late) but trying to put this disgusting story all on Sparkle is an epic fail.
I believe her too. I just wished she came forward decades ago instead of disappearing, but I could be wrong, as I am only a year younger than the woman on the stand. I’m just going by my memories. I will applaud Sparkle for finally coming forward in recent years tho.
Sparkle was traumatized by the whole situation and she probably blamed herself, even if she wasn’t responsible.
What she has to say at this point is irrelevant unless she testifies under oath. She's just trying to clear her name and reputation, so it appears. The other testimonies are what will severely impact the case one way or another. She should stop speaking about it, publicly.
Sparkle states that her niece is lying... This "lie" seems to be very specific, "telling her niece to sit on R. Kelly's lap, rub his head or ask him to be her godfather"... This doesn't sound like something someone made up. Sparkle didn't go to the police when she found out Kelly was sexing her underage niece, hundreds of times. This occurred twenty years ago, where was Sparkle and her families' outcry? Fame and money are seducing, and Kelly seduced them all!

Sparkle has been open about her disdain for this situation from the beginning. I do not believe that she encouraged her niece to smash R. Kelly. Been her Facebook friend for years and she's continued to speak out about what trash Robert is.

Sparkle DID speak out, she went to the police, and said it at trial and interviews years ago, but everybody was stepping to the name of love, and believing they could fly instead of the truth she was saying. The trail ultimately failed because her niece and her parents refused to testify and say it was her on the tape . Robert’s own brother said he tried to pay to say it was him on the tape instead. Now that the money has run out they want to cry foul, including his lying ex wife Drea who was enabling him as well. Pretending like she was a victim for that sorry excuse of a show she was on. Nobody stood up for the truth but Sparkle. And even she was wrong for introducing her niece because they been calling R Kelly, the Pied Piper, which if you know the story of the Pied Piper he was telling you all along about the kids. But people keep talking about I can separate the man from the music, nope, he brought the music to life so their is no separation. All while he meeting and picking up young girls at McDonald’s. That’s some clown b.s. for real. When he called himself the Pied a Piper he was putting it right there in front of everybody’s face. Sparkle did try and make up for her mistake, and I don’t believe her niece in saying rub his head, I believe the niece is permanently damaged by Robert and her parents and her parents told her to say that to take the blame off of them. Nope, Sparkle didn’t take a payout meanwhile R sending them on trips and paying for their houses. Everybody needs to go to jail. Robert, his enabling record company reps, management, people who worked for him that covered, the parents who took gifts and payouts. EVERY DAMN BODY. including Aliyah’s parents because they could have put a stop to him before this even got that this far. Jails cells need to go out like Oprah was giving away those cars . I don’t like long ass paragraphs but yes, you are so right. These kids don’t know what it was like before social media. Everything was out about him and Sparkle was the ONLY one speaking out. That money was long and I haven’t forgotten about certain singers who still worked with him in the studio on the hush hush despite the truth they heard. As of matter of fact, TLC was the only group who turned him down. Lady Gaga, who was a surprise considering her past ordeal even worked with him and many others. Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, and Jennifer Hudson.
2:02 am & 10:46 am have it exactly right for those that don't know the history or are too young to remember. Sparkle was the ONLY one who spoke out against him when no one else would! She testified against him at his trial in the 90's. I don't think Sparkle is lying because she's been 100% consistent and her account of what happened has NEVER changed. Meanwhile the niece and her parents have lied repeatedly. They denied it was the niece on the videotape, when it was CLEARLY her. R. Kelly paid them to lie and refuse to cooperate with his prosecution. I'm pretty sure the only reason the niece is speaking out now is because he can no longer afford to keep paying them off, now that he's behind bars and broke.
Sparkle spoke up 100%. Her life was threatened. She was called a snitch. This new chicago trial is nonsense. The girl and her parents refused to testify they all denied everything. They lied in court then. What is the difference now?!
