Blue Ivy Places $80k Bid at Art Auction

Four years ago movie mogul Tyler Perry got into a fierce bidding war with Jay Z and BeyoncĂ©'s then 6-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter at her grandmother Tina Knowles' annual Wearable Art Gala auction [click here if you missed that].

Blue is still out here busting the bank...

Over the weekend Blue Ivy placed the winning bid of $80k for a piece of art.

In totally unrealted news, this clip is NOT helping those KeKe Palmer pregnancy rumors one bit.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

Is this a fundraiser for a special cause? Just curious. Other than that, what's the big deal? Is this same scenario something that should be expected every year? Nice to see people chill, dress up and have a good time.

Are the proceeds going to a legitimate charity or lining the Knowles-Carter pockets?

Google it. This was for the support of black girls mentoring. A project that Tina and husband Lawson started. The young ladies were in attendance. Theme was roaring 20tys attire.

Of course someone would come through and satisfy those that are curious about the event but don't believe it's worth an online search. Thank you.

I'm very blessed I don't know the crab in the barrel ppl that come on this blog every day and hate on black ppl that are doing something positive for our ppl.
Dam if you do and dam if you don't. Crabs taste best after they are boiling in hot water.

Blue actually didn't win the bid. She was in a bidding war with the husband of the CEO of Mielle Organics Hair Care who won the bid for around 108k.

No she didn't win. So whoever run this piece can reach, post lies and tell only half the story but people can't have an opinion which is freedom of speech without getting deleted? OK.
