I could care less about #1’s. If I like a song of theirs, it doesn’t go away just because the next female can hit a note much better or higher.

Chile Chante is on the same level as JHud. They have great voices with mid to below mid music. She can hit those notes but somehow couldn’t work it into her music? I remember on R&B divas when they were recording with Warren Campbell in the studio. She sang her part and threw the MC note in there. Warren stopped the tape and asked her was that the whistle note. She smiled and said yes. He said ok, don’t do that 💀 Chante better sit down somewhere. If it didn’t happen 30 years ago it ain’t hahappening today.
