Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard was sued Thursday in Broward County by a woman who claims the NFL star gave her an incurable sexually transmitted disease.
The Miami Herald reports the lawsuit was filed by the woman anonymously seeking damages in excess of $30,000 and demanding the case be heard in front of a jury.
In the lawsuit, the woman claims she met Howard in 2018 at a lab and asked her on a date. The former second round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft told the woman he did not have any STDSs and showed her his negative test results.
The woman said Howard learned in 2019 he had contacted genital herpes but did not tell her.
“With knowledge of his incurable sexually transmitted disease, and without disclosure, Defendant Howard continued to engage in unprotected sex with Plaintiff without informing her of same,” the lawsuit read.
The woman tested positive in 2021 and claims Howard was the only person who could have transmitted it to her. Howard reportedly denied having the STD but later admitted to having it.
“Maaaaan I been told you I was sorry for giving it to you,” he told her, according to the lawsuit. “But what can I do now? The damage is done. You keep bringing it up as if it gon change sumthin.”

It is gon change something. It's gon change your bank account and maybe your credit score.
You got pick up at a lab. Girl bye.
Newsflash ladies: That baller you want, that singer you desire and that rapper/actor that's so fine All Have Herpes. If half the regular Pookie and Ray Ray got it, you know them ni g s got it. That's just the odds. They loose with they juice.
Make a nigga bathe with pinetar soap first and then wipe hand sanitizer around his groin area and upper thighs. Be sure to wear a condom and do not put your mouth on anything below the waist.
He dead wrong for that. Knew for 2 years and kept going raw. Can't trust these kneegrows.
It's her fault for not practicing safe sex. Regardless of what your " partner" tells you. Your responsibility is to practice safe sex meaning making your partner wear a condom. People can buy and fake anything. Hence his negative so called test results.
@ 7:59 AM, More than half got it. I wanna say it's like 77%.
@ 8:59 AM, You joking right? You can't wash off herpes.
You met him at a lab, and didn't think twice about it. What were you doing at the lab? Did you work there or were you there for "testing?"
Nobody should be having unprotected sex if you're not married or in a long-term relationship. Period.
His casual attitude about Knowling giving this infection to her is the reason his pockets need to be ran through with a higher amount of money.
Wonder what kind of relationship they had and when it started. If he was negative when they first met, were they in a monogamous exclusive relationship where she expected him to be with only her for the last 3-4 years? Were they just hooking up from time to time or was this her boyfriend cheating and lying?
^ She didn't say but it sounds like to me, I'll hit you off on the back side when I'm in town for a game. LOL
Practicing safe sex does not prevent the transmission of herpes or HPV. Skin to skin contact with someone who is having an outbreak is all that it takes. Condoms help, but do not prevent herpes or HPV.
By getting a "facial" you can get herpes/HPV infection in your eyes. By swallowing, you can get most STD/STIs in your throat. Ever heard of anal warts? Condoms help, but kiss someone with a cold sore and see what happens.
You're right Anony 12:44
Comments being deleted that don't break the rules. If we can't talk about sex then add it to the list.
