Gunna Walks Free After Accepting Plea Deal

Earlier this year YSL rappers Young Thug and Gunna were arrested in Atlanta, along with 28 others, in a sweeping RICO indictment accusing YSL of being a gang [click here if you missed that]. 

Yesterday Gunna left jail after submitting an Alford plea where the criminal defendant pleads guilty but at the same maintains their innocence....

In court video shared by WSBTV Gunna replied "Yes ma'am," when the prosecutor said, "YSL is a music label and a gang, and you have personal knowledge that members or associates have committed crimes in furtherance of the gang," and he answered , "Yes ma'am,"  again when the prosecutor said, "I recognize, accept and deeply regret that my talent and music indirectly furthered YSL the gang to the detriment of my community. "
