Judge issue a subpoena asap because I smell possible criminal activity.

This poor woman was shot but the DA is so amateurish in this case that it looks like she may not get justice. Why didn't the DA have Kelsey, the Bodyguard, and Driver subpoenaed and forced to sit for a deposition which is under oath? The bodyguard wasn't there and cannot add much other than hearsay, but that driver and Kelsey should've been ordered to sit for a deposition under oath and none of the shenanigans would've taken place. If I were the DA I would retry the case and FORCE Kelsey and the driver to sit for a deposition, because if a person shot someone once, they are a danger to the community. Torry couldn't even behave before trial. They need to call August Alsina to atest to Torry's temper. The DA is just not moving strong.
