Kelsey is somewhere biting her nails because the DA may be coming for her soon for possible obstruction of justice and perjury. Judges hate stuff like that. People foolishly thought Kelsey's testimony would help Torry by casting doubt, but all it did was reveal witness tampering which further helped the State win. Essentially, Kelsey allowing herself to be compromised backfired and ruined Torry's chances of winning as well as possibly messed herself up too.Never commit to a hairbrain scheme when the DA doesn't even want you, they wanted Torry. Now she will have to wonder if and when the judge will be issuing a bench warrant for perjury. Smh.

That stallion person lied from beginning to end. They're all hiding something, Tory, the stallion and Kelsie but he took the fall. The neighbor said Kelsie grabbed a gun and began shooting, then Tory grabbed it and shot twice. Wonder what it is they're all hiding?
At 4:47am the eye witness said he saw Tory shooting at Meg, Kelsey original interview said Tory shot Meg. Tory had a gun and Meg had surgery to remove bullet fragments. Tory apologized and offered hush money. What is confusing to you?

An excellent lawyer (think Johnny Cochran) could have got Tory off EASILY. There was definitely reasonable doubt in this case. Do I believe Tory did it? Yes. Was it proven without a fragment of a doubt? No.

@ 9:46, Johnny Cochran was a brilliant attorney, but he got OJ off only because of two critical reasons 1. There were no living witnesses in that case, and 2. The officer Mark Furhman allegedly planted a glove which automatically ruined the DA's chances. Also, LA had just burned down a few years before and people were threatening another riot if he was convicted. So, Johhny lucked out on that one. Lol.
In Torry's case there are 4 living witnesses and the weapon on the scene, and its a very simple case with zero mystery attached. Matter of fact, Carl Douglas, who was a part of the OJ Dream Team defense, and he worked for Johhny Cochran himself, basically said Torry did it and the term "beyond a reasonable doubt" doesn't mean what folks think it means. It means there can be doubt in a case as long as it doesn't go beyond reason. He said it's very obvious who shot meg. I personally think a brilliant attorney like Carl or Johnny could've pled the charges down, but Torry and others antagonized Meg so much that he'd still do time because he was caught with the weapon and he kept running his mouth and showing his hand. I don't think the knife in OJ's case was found like Torry's gun was.
Torry's parents should've been very quiet and only displayed sadness because their actions may have an impact upon the judges sentencing. When you are hoping to later appeal a case, shut your mouth, regroup, and get ready to fight again. The issue people are missing is if you are a felon you are not allowed to have a gun in Cali. What on earth was he thinking?
