10:26 he is fully supported by black male rappers. They will be wearing free Tory Lamez shirts and throwing benefit concerts. Meg is lucky he didn't kill her because he could have. I do believe he said dance bitch because her injuries were in her feet.

In all fairness they gave the story time to unfold and as it did it was rolled up in more lies. At this point Meg looking like a liar and if he walks will she still be making music because looks like they cant wait to cancel her.

10:38 It was confirmed he never said that.

Don't be surprised if he gets off.

He will be convicted of the gun charges. Firing a gun has consequences, even if you don't hit anyone directly. He will get a fine and probably probation on the weapons charge.

There is too much doubt surrounding who pulled the trigger which resulted in Meg's injuries. He will walk on those charges. The gun charges will stick.

I wouldn't want to be on any jury because that's a tough place to be. Seems like the jury is struggling with semantics aka word meaning. All they have to do in order to figure out "willful" is look at it from a common sense perspective. Did Torry know that guns kill when he fired the gun? Did Torry know he was firing in the direction of a hum¹an being? Did Torry know a human was walking away in the direction of the shooting? Did he take care not to fire the gun? If so, then it doesn't take much to figure out willful intent. That's if they believe he did it.

If they don't believe he did it then I can't imagine them asking about willful intent. It seems as if someone on the jury may think he did it but might not want to give him 20 years because they might think it was more wreckless than willful. This is why sometimes they offer multiple degree charges for the jury to pick from because someone
might say the sentence is too stiff and aquit him even if they think he did it. Someone may also feel it's not clear enough to decipher who shot her. Either way, Kelsey may have obstructed justice and perjured herself when it wasn't necessary considering she had already told earlier.

A famous Black defense attorney said he doesn't know why Kelsey did that when she was already on tape admitting what happened and she is not protected from perjury charges. He looked so disgusted and said he did not believe Kel shot Meg at all and it was obvious she didn't. Keep in mind he got OJ off. Lol. In the end, young lives are forever changed, especially the shooting victim. If nothing comes of this, I sure hope everyone does better moving forward and seeks their divine purpose. To every reader and poster, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ! May your lives be filled with God's love, protection, and blessings. Lets all do better and love each other and pray for one another.

@10:51, it was not confirmed, the man in his house just didn't hear it from his location. Keep in mind what you hear from your house varies depending on the speakers voice, pitch, echo, obstruction, and your own hearing. Somethings you can make out clearly while some stuff you don't hear at all. Him not hearing it doesn't mean it wasn't said or that it was said. So don't hang your hat on that. For instance, I said hello through the window yesterday to my husband and kid. My son heard me but my husband didn't . Then I continued to say something else but neither heard me. So, what a person hears varies greatly. So we will never know if he said it or didn't say it, but we know she was shot in her foot. That was confirmed by both sides.

@10:51 it wasn't confirmed that he didn't say that and it doesn't matter if Meg lied, the facts are: Meg got shot and an eye witness saw Tory firing at Meg.

Lying does matter and that's why this sh## show is on trial. Tell the truth from the beginning and this would have been over.

Meg got shot, she didn’t shoot herself and there is an eyewitness putting the gun in shortshit’s hand. Nothing else to say.

Exactly 11:19, they know he did it but did he mean to shoot where it landed?

12:09 you are absolutely right, if Tory told the truth that he shot Meg this would be over, but he's still lying and trying to pin it on someone else.

@12:20 if Daystar took the stand in his own defense he could have clarified who he was intending to shoot. I swear some of y'all are just dumb on purpose.

@12:20, A major issue the DA may be facing with jury deliberations is a potential "jury nullification" which happens when a juror accepts a defendant did a crime, but they feel the sentence is so harsh or outrageous that they aren't comfortable with the sentencing options and will therefore aquit the defendant even if they think they did it. It's called a jury nullification.

This is why a judge sitting on a murder trial will sometimes offer jurors the option of convicting on 1st or 2nd degree murder, man slaughter, or involuntary manslaughter so the victim gets atleast some justice as with the Atatianna Jefferson case where the cop didn't get murder in the 1st degree but he got manslaughter. This way the judge ensures the juror doesn't aquit a guilty person and there is a higher chance of getting a conviction of some sort.. If the DA in Torry's case doesn't offer several options for the jury, he may be acquitted because someone may not feel comfortable giving him 20 years after what Kelsey did. I'm not a lawyer and every juror is unique, but jury nullification is a real possibility in any case. Sometimes it's good if it prevents a defendant from getting 50 years for stealing a piece of gum, but in other cases its bad if someone raped or killed a victim and they get off scott free because a juror hates the system and has an axe to grind. So you never know what a juror will do. Be blessed!

Deport him. Ugh!

@12:20, If he were on a deer hunting trip in the woods and shot Meg in her foot, we could assume he didn't mean to shoot where it landed because he had a purpose for having the gun and his intent was to shoot deer, not Meg. However, in Torry's case he wasn't hunting that night, he wasn't having fun at New Years and busting a few rounds, and he wasn't cleaning his weapon when it went off. So, a juror may assume that he picked up a gun and fired it in Meg's direction to either shoot her or scare her. Either way, it resulted in her being shot. That's if they think he did it. Who knows what they think? However, Kelsey may have harmed the case and herself because the male wirness did implicate 3 people in beating Meg, which means they may got back and get Kelsey for perjury and God knows what else, especially if the DA loses.
