Flo-Rida Awarded $83 Million in Celsius Energy Drink Lawsuit

For the past two years Kimora Lee Simmons and her two ex husbands, Tim Liessner and Russell Simmons have been fighting over their ownership in the Celsius energy drink company after Russ accused Kimora and Tim of stealing his shares to bail Tim out of jail while he was under indictment for fraud [click here if you missed that].

In totally unrelated news, rapper Flo-Rida was just awarded $82.6 million after suing Celsius for fraud...

From AP News
Hip hop artist Flo Rida was awarded $82.6 million on Wednesday after a South Florida jury found that the makers of Celsius energy drinks breached a contract with the rapper and singer, and tried to hide money from him.
Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, and his production company, Strong Arm Productions, had sued Boca Raton-based Celsius Holdings Inc. in Broward County court in May 2021, claiming that the company had violated the conditions of an endorsement deal.
“Basically, I helped birth this company, and all we was looking for was some trustworthy people who acted as if they were family,” Dillard told The Associated Press. “And then when it comes down to the success of today, they just forgot about me.”
Lawyers for Celsius argued in court and in previous filings that the company reached its greatest success after the Flo Rida endorsement deal ended — and that other business decisions led to increased sales and stock value. Celsius could still appeal the verdict, but it wasn’t immediately clear if they would.

@10:20 AM
They were being deadbeats just like he is with his disabled son!!! They did not want to be responsible financially just like he didn’t want to pay child support! The kids mother had to go to the news, he would not help with the disabled child’s medical, hid assets and had to be sued for paternity as he ducked and dodged being served! I hope the child’s mother can finally get the right financial support to assist with their child’s needs. Being happy about a victory for a failure @zz human makes ZERO sense. Good day

@10:38 thank you for sharing that he was/is a deadbeat dad. That's something on my list that I cannot stand. My so called bio is a deadbeat too, so I know the feeling. Let's see if snitch have to put up a story about him being forced to give any money to his son even though now he's 83 million dollars richer.

I really like how y’all did with these comments! It’s like ok what are we supposed to do with this information? Kiss his azz because he got the money or “hate” on him like ok…. Stop with these lame stories. Please let the people who run this blog to do better and stop being lazy. Thank y’all for not supporting a deadbeat. Every post on this blog is low class, deadbeat, lame, ect. We do not celebrate these people whoever run this blog must think they still living in 2003 when this sort of thing was popular. They stuck behind the times and need to wake up to 2023. This is not 10-20 years ago but they act like it is by the way they run this blog. I emailed them and they never replied smh

Flo Rida for the win! As far as the other narrative in the comments, being a deadbeat in this country is relative. You could be labeled a deadbeat in California, but considered an upstanding father in Texas while making comparable payments. A lot of times the label 'deadbeat' is the dissatisfied parent's Trump card whenever they don't get the compensation they think they deserve. Examples: 50's baby mama, Kel's baby mama...

His child is handicapped. Ignoring your child and not helping in the daily care is what makes him a deadbeat. He Flo Rida can be hit by a truck and no one will be mourning this deadbeat other than other deadbeats and mammies.
