R.I.P. Barrett Strong


Motown singer/songwriter Barrett Strong, famous for the smash hit single, "Money [That's What I Want]" has died at age 81...

Barrett co-wrote many of Motown's hits, though he was not credited for 'Money', he and Norman Whitfield co-wrote, "I Heard Through the Grapevine", "War", "Smiling Faces Sometimes", "Cloud Nine", "I Can't Get Next to You", "Ball of Confusion", "Papa was a Rolling Stone", "Just My Imagination [Running Away with Me]", and may others. 

Barrett Stong was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2004.
