Drake Won't Testify in XXXTentacion Trial

Last week the judge presiding over the XXXTentacion murder trial ordered Canadian rapper Drake to sit for a deposition after the defense attorney claimed there was beef between Drake and the dead rapper [click here if you missed that]. 

Drake will NOT have to appear...

According to reports the judge granted Drake's motion to dismiss the subpoena compelling him to sit for a deposition on the grounds that it was "procedurally defective"  because it was unclear how the deposition would be conducted. 

The trial is ongoing.
