NBA Youngboy Regrets Violent Music Converting to Mormon Religion

Rapper NBA Youngboy regrets the violent music he put out and vows to do everything he can to repair the damage he caused...

NBA made the revelations in an interview with Rolling Stone at his home in Utah where he is current serving house arrest [click here if you missed that].

NBA also announce that he is converting to the Mormon religion and will be baptized after his release.

From Billboard
The Louisiana rapper turned [the Mormons] away the first time they swung by his home in late 2022. But when they returned, he decided to let them in: “I wanted help very badly. I needed a friend. And it hit me,” he recalls.
“It was just cool to see someone with a different mindset that had nothing to do with business or money — just these wonderful souls,” he tells Billboard. The missionaries now discuss The Book of Mormon with YoungBoy regularly, which accounts for his recent “Hi Haters” video opening with a quote from the Latter Day Saints tome. According to YoungBoy, their visits help him “make sure my heart is in the right space”; he’s planning on being officially baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ the Latter-day Saints after his ankle monitor is removed.

Uhhhhh....ok. So great that he's wanting to distance himself from his violent past and the influence he's had on youth, but the mormons are racist, homophobic, misogynistic pieces os. I get that this is an emotional response to someone bringing tlight to his current situation, but he could still change his life around without converting to a religion he likely hasn't done enough research about.

This is called growth! He needed to be out of Texas to become cognizant! He is out there in Utah with his wife and their children growing! Let nothing impede his recovery from vibrating in the lowest realm, a realm of destruction/negativity and perpetual ignorance! Well wishes to this young man!

God bless him! I hope he continues to grow and leave the past in the past and move on to something more fulfilling and peaceful.

Nooooo, Mormons believe that Black skin is a curse from God and this is why Blacks were banned from leadership until the 1970s. That was their OFFICIAL DOCTRINE. Thry literally taught the longer to are a Mormon, the lighter your skin will get and you will turn White. Lol.This is also why they would rather recruit Black looking people from Polynesian islands while avoiding Black Americans. Lol. They truly believe you are cursed, son. It's also a religion founded by Joseph Smith, a Freemason who claimed an Angel named Moroni, gaurdian of some golden plates, came to him.

It's not Christian at all. He claimed to have divine angelic revelation using golden plates and seer stones to translate God's Word. He said God told him all of the other churches are wrong. It's a real cult that even requires special underwear known as temple garments. You can lie for a higher cause as long as you don't lie to another Mormon. You also can never speak against leadership. It gets very deep and there are tons of rituals resembling freemasonry in their "secret" serives where only top Mormons go. It's a whole lot more too.

^^ I meant to write that Mormons taught their members that the longer you are a Mormon, the lighter your skin will become. White is godly and Black skin is evil. Sorry, my keys and print are so small it's hard for me to type and see. I apologize.^^^

@9:30 #1

This is a start for him, he found love and understanding. He has been made aware that he has a duty to himself and others as there are so many impressionable people. I grew up Catholic and the racism, offenses against women, children, mental and physical abuse, s£xual abuse, discrimination and violence likely has any other religion beat so focusing on the negative aspects of something that is bringing about positive change makes no sense! Those people got him here and that’s the important part. As a recovering Catholic, I learned to take the positive out of the psychological warfare that was waged against me in that institution of indoctrination and oppression

@ 9:30 and @9:46, Joining a cult is NOT a good start no matter how you try to spin it. A church built on anti Black doctrine will only serve to further confuse this young man. Do you know how many people hurting and confused people went on a journey to find the Lord but unfortunately walked right into Satan because they didn't know the red flags to look for? The problem with 99.9% of adults is that they are willing to join this and that , and to do a zillion rituals, but the real issue they have is basic obedience and a lack of self control. Just choose right. God didn't say run and join xyz, just practice obeying His Word. He obviously wants somewhere to belong but he needs to be careful and beware of the wolves.

Ninjas always convert to Islam, Christianity or some other religion when they're locked down and have a lot on their minds to think.

He need to leave the Mormons alone. They tried to recruit me. I told them from the jump that I will listen but I love being a baptist. They gone tell me to pray to God to believe their religion and that's when I left. You don't tell me to ask God to believe your religion. That's something that I need to study and see if this is the place for me. They texted me about a couple weeks ago asking do I want anymore teachings. I didn't respond. He needs to just find another religion to practice.

And what’s more violent than the Mormon history with Black people?

Rooting for this young man but I guarantee the record company will kill him for his master's & life insurance before they let him make anti - violent music.

He's on a spiritual journey, good for him, hopefully it doesn't end with Mormonism or Christianity.

Chile, please tell me which forms of Christianity have not been used against Blk folks? All of them have been used by Yt folks to curse and abuse Blk folks. Mormons came along the latest so now they’re still modernizing and evolving from what they started with. Yes he’s finding another cult to join but so what. I’m glad this lost guy is finding a culture much better and healthier than the one he was in.

@ 4:54, you are wrong again because you do not research or truly seek truth. The poison was in Flavor Aid, not Look Aid, but you heard something and believed it without researching it out just like how you view spirituality, anything is okay to you even when it's not. God established the earth via wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Always dig deeper.

^^^Kool Aid^^ is what I meant to write.

@10:03 I believe they’re trying to recruit his pockets too for “donations” I honestly don’t recall ever meeting a black Mormon and I’m not even trying to be funny!!!
