Let this woman live, she built a whole brand off of sex, made millions of dollars off that image and is over it. Let's face it, her body was botched anyway and there are way better, prettier, younger build a Body skanks than her. No high profile man wanted her drug abusing ass. Now she'll create a brand new image to make money off of before she gets back with Rob.
Her body is her career, therefore I understand why she made all the body modifications that she did. She also has low self-esteem. Being raised by a demon mother who likes to curse you out can be emotionally and psychologically damaging. A cheating baby daddy just makes matters worse!
