He is stupid. He says he knows who actually did the killing but street code says he can't Snitch, ok well sit your no snitching ass in prison🀷‍♀️ He is hurting his case and preventing the victim from getting justice because he believes in street code. That's why no one can get him out, he won't give up who did it.

Why hasn't he partnered with an innocence project in his state?

^^^ he didn't kill anybody but he won't snitch on his homeboy for street cred, he's never getting out because he can't get out without revealing who did it, so he will rot and starve in prison

I don't feel sorry for him. If those are the laws you live by then suffer.
Do like TI. Low ball a snitch and get out. I'm not doing time for somebody else who is enjoying your life you should be living.

For those saying he didn’t do it YES TF HE DID! Witnesses said he did it and only took their story back when they were enticed with maybe getting something out of it. As bad as he wants out trust and believe he would have BEEN told it y’all give these thugs and goons too much credit they will tell on their own grandma if it meant their freedom he ain’t telling cuz he would be telling on himself! He was already in trouble and pending charges when this incident took place. He did and he gone rot right where he at. The nerve and audacity of a killer to DEMAND from the state fair treatment. This is why there are so many black men sitting in jail and prison now I bet if they knew they killed someone that they would suffer the same fate within 30-60 days after being convicted they would stop this mess also if they were to hard labor! Like in other countries they would be less likely to offend or reoffend. They get to sit in jail not work eat snacks and shyt all day workout get online have phones calls to talk to women and their family and have secs with the guards and inmates. They living for free! They don’t care.

The witness recanted:

In the new affidavit, Jordan said Sheriff's Office detectives arrested him a a year later, on Jan. 20, 2003, in connection with the death of his newborn daughter. The infant's mother eventually was convicted of manslaughter in the baby's death.

But she was only 16 years old when the child was born, according to court records, and detectives told Jordan he faced a possible felony carnal knowledge charge with a 10-year sentence for having sex with her. The age of consent in Louisiana is 17.

Jordan had been in the Platinum Club on the night Thomas was killed, and authorities offered him leniency if he provided a statement implicating Miller in the murder, Jordan said in the affidavit. "I was distraught and scared," Jordan said, adding that he felt pressured to lie.

Eh. I'm with @5:04, his @$$ can rot in jail for all I care. Criminals should be treated with civility in jail, but they shouldn't feel like they're in the cotton club on taxpayers dime! The Russians had one thing right, sending prisoners to a penal colony where they work 16hr days in cold, leaky, basement like accomodations. That would definitely be a crime deterrent for all!
