Diddy rushed back to court after his ex-nanny pleaded for her name to remain anonymous in their bitter court battle, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the music mogul has objected to his ex-employee's request to continue using Jane Roe as a pseudonym in the case.
Diddy and Roe have been going back and forth over her being allowed to remain anonymous for weeks.
Recently, Roe asked the court to deny Diddy’s request she reveals her identity. She said the mogul’s reason for wanting her name is to “harass her and invite societal and professional harm to her and her family.
Roe said she is, “Desperate to preserve the privacy she had left, terrified of possible physical harm to her and her minor children, and fearful of further victim shaming, blaming, and retaliation.”
Now, Diddy has filed documents opposing Roe’s motion. He said that Roe has failed to provide evidence that the media will “invade” her privacy or that of her children.

Diddy should be the last person to fire someone for getting pregnant out of wedlock. He has all of these children and has never been married. He wants to public shame this woman. If she wants to be anonymous then that means she’s telling the truth

I think I seen this niece and her child on Kim’s and Quincy’s SM before but I could be misidentifying the wrong folks. Either way, he got a lot of nerve with all his out of wedlock children, and multiple baby mamas.
I know exactly who this person is (don’t know her personally) I follow her on social media always have for years didn’t know who she was until the twins mom passed. anyway I’m gone say this she was good with his kids and she seems to be a great mother! He was wrong for terminating her for getting pregnant I guess he felt it was sending a message to his daughters but he don’t realize that HE is sending the wrong message to his daughters but I hope she wins. But it is sad because she had a great relationship with his kids and may even be related in some way and I have a feeling he is no longer allowing them to have contact with her. Which is sad. Diddy I thought you was all LOVE? Where’s the love diddy?

She must have caught him naked with someone he wasn't supposed to be messing with. Because ALL of his children were born out of wedlock. Including the baby that was born last year, after he filed this lawsuit. There must be much more to this story.
How can a demon have a morality clause in their employment contracts?
