In the audio an increasingly agitated Jagaur asks to speak to the Mayor because she wants the name of the judge who put a mental health warrant out on her.
Jaguar then accuses the Mayor's office of being complicit with "Bobby" selling drugs across the street.
Jaguar continuously threatens to have the Mayor and the judges voted out of office and blames them for her previous arrest where she was tied to a chair and assaulted.
Later in the audio the police arrive and Jaguar is escorted out still fussing and fighting.
