The victim claims she was in the restaurant with her friends, and noticed Peter was allegedly pissy drunk and made a comment about it.
Peter apparently overheard the comment because they were in the same section and got in his feelings about it.
The victim claims Peter started grabbing her throat aggressively to the point she had to ask his staff to get him off of her.
The victim was apparently distraught and embarrassed, and taken aback by his alleged actions.
After doing some research we learned the victim is the niece of Tammy Rivera. We reached out to Tammy for a comment but haven’t heard back yet.

At The King of the Real, this is why I am a proud divestor. You are the King of Ignorance, Abusive Behavior, and Sexism. Alot of you black men are off. Not all of curse, but definitely men like you. Black men need to focus on not being conquered men. Every race of men have their foot on your necks. While black women are the largest educated group and fastest growing entrepeneurs. It's pissing men like you off because that was the only thing you THOUGHT you controlled. The only thing that makes some black men feel powerful is control over black women. You are not entitled to control over women. Most of you cant even protect and provide. Men that talk like you are usually off, make little money, and beg the white man for scraps, but you think you are entitled to control of women. It is so pathetic. I am starting to realize the color purple really showed how evil some black men are. There is a real difference between a strong black man and a conquered buck trying to imitate white male patriarchy. What is ironic is that noone really respect men that think like The King of Real. Only people that respect you are dumb, unevolved men that think like you and the mentally conquered women that would submit to a fool like you. Sir, you are off. Seek professioanl help and spiritual cleansing. Of dang, I forgot. Men like you like to rest in your mental and emotional instability and surround yourself with people that co-sign it. The whole time, the joke is on you. Damn, more black men need to open a book, go to a therapist, and stop being so pitiful and violent.
