Tammy Rivera Confirms Peter Thomas Assaulted Her Niece

This week former Real Housewives of Atlanta ex-husband, Peter Thomas, announced he had been found not guilty of assaulting a young woman at his Baltimore night club and then taunted the victim by claiming he was protected [click here if you missed that].

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame's ex-wife, Tammy Rivera, sets the record straight about what really happened to her niece that night...

Tammy went live on Instagram and said before the trial Peter had been reaching out to people in their family trying to apologize, claiming he didn't remember what happened that night. Tammy also said Peter had a high powered lawyer, while her niece was represented by a state attorney, and that's the ONLY reason he won the case. Tammy also warned Peter that Baltimore is not Miami and that his next run in might end completely different.

Was that a subliminal threat? Tammy can't keep her husband from cheating.
The niece must have also been drunk and loud too if Uncle Ben heard her commenting about his state of mind. It's his club. If he wants to get drunk so, be it. As long as he's not bothering her until she started talking about him.
If she can only afford a public offender, then she needs to stick to Apple Bee's or Waffle House.
No, he does not have the right to put his hands on nobody. Keep your comments to yourself.

What did I miss? Why would someone claiming to be a victim need a public defender? I thought only people charged with a crime needed a lawyer.

Tammy probably means she had the local prosecutor behind her. You know Tammy don’t know what she’s talking about.

If this happened last year, why is she talking about this now?

@1:18 Please tell me you're joking, you think victims don't need lawyers??? Do you think people just show up to court and represent themselves? Do you know anything about the most basic aspects of the justice system?

You would think with all the success LuPeta is experiencing he would have found himself a Cynthia like lady to coast with him. What kind of drinks do they serve at his establishment that the drama that pops off there is more talked about than the food,

@3:31
Is that what Tammy is talking about?

The prosecuting attorney (the state) failed to prove the case against Peter, which doesn't mean he didn't assault the lady. That was very respectful of Tammy to have not said anything until it was publicized. Only a Peter put their hands on women; pun intented. Such a Peter!

@2:03, Reading is Fundamental. If you're a victim of a crime you don't NEED an attorney to represent you. You only NEED an attorney or Public Defender if you're a defendant in a Criminal CASE. And the attorney who tries the criminal case is not a Public Defender. He or she is a Prosecutor or Prosecuting Attorney, also known as a DA (District Attorney), Assistant DA or States Attorney. That's why I started my comment with: Why would someone claiming to be a victim need a public defender? I was clowning but joke's on you for lacking comprehension. Now do you get it? Good grief.
