Tory Lanez Gag Order Lifted

Two years ago, before he was convicted on felony assault charges for shooting Megan Thee Stallion, Canadian rapper Tory Lanez was hit with a gag order after several leaks from the trial caused the spread of misinformation about the case [click here if you missed that].

The gag order has been lifted....

This week Tory Lanez new legal team successfully had the gag order dropped and a new sentencing date has been set.

Tory's sentencing is now scheduled for April 10.

Tory's new team is working on his appeal.

@8:13 right his plane hasn't departed yet? He shot that girl case closed but still trying to fight. I bet he's hit a woman before.

The gag order was lifted when he was supposed to take the stand. Could have said everything then. Why speak now when it can't change anything? Dummy.

Is he being deported or serving time is the u.s?

I swear him taking a HS photo for his mug shot explains everything. Its embarrassing. He can get his time served here and then back to Canada

He could have just testified if he wanted to be heard.

Who's paying for this simps lawyer fees? His career popularity is based on this case. Not his music.

@ 11:42 If photos are to be believed, Harry O (former co-founder/funder of Death Row Records) is most likely footing the bill for this POS. He was seen standing outside of the LA Superior courthouse next to one of Tory's new attorneys, David Kenner- former Death Row and Suge Knight attorney.

FUN FACT: Harry O - who was in CA Sate prison serving a life sentence for 1980s drug trafficking, conspiracy & attempted murder cases - was recently pardoned by outgoing "President" / conman Donald Trump. He'd been in prison since the late 80s. In 1990, he put up more than $1M to start Death Row Records. Suge Knight left him for dead during Death Row's peak, as he stated in the 2001 documentary, "Welcome To Death Row". Riveting, must see documentary.

A gag order never should have been allowed in a case where you are facing 10 plus years. The case could have been tried in front of a judge if parties had something they didn't want known publicly...He was dumb for what he did and to have unlicensed guns, but 10 plus years for it; is a hanging.
