According to documents obtained by AllHipHop, a writ of execution was filed against Tasha K and Kebe Studios LLC in Georgia on Thursday (April 20). The court order cleared the way for Cardi B to collect the judgment awarded to her in a defamation lawsuit.

Tasha took that ish too far. Her best bet is to file bankruptcy separately from her husband which will ease the bleed but not stop it. It's better than collections. Keep her husband's credit clean because they will need it but file bankruptcy in her own name.

Well Tasha lied so she gotta pay up, especially for lying about Cardi’s child. And even if she filed bankruptcy it wouldn’t matter, Cardi’s lawyers already had the judge to agree that bankruptcy does not shield her from paying the judgment. 💰 Cardi’s lawyers were in there handling business and playing chess, ♟️Tasha’s lawyers were in there playing old maid and go fish with a missing half deck. @ 2:47 , Yes, it doesn't stop a judgment, but it stops "collections" and places her on a more affordable payment plan for X amount of years, and at the end the rest is discharged. It's not student loans or child support and therefore it can be dismissed if she can keep up the Trustee assigned payments. If she doesn't run file bankruptcy, then any debt collector can garnish her bank accounts, wages, and attach leins as well as charge interest, late fees, and penalties. Bankruptcy automatically stops debt collectors and forces them into a payment plan. The civil court judge has NOTHING to do with the federal court judge who will determine her bankruptcy status. So just because a civil judge says you cannot run file bankruptcy doesn't mean a thing because bankruptcy is a constitutional right with the exception of student loans and child support. Even Ron Goldman's family sued and won against OJ but still haven't collected because of consumer protections. Judges also fudge the truth sometimes to discourage you from hindering their ruling.

If Tasha doesn't file bankruptcy because she thinks she can run out the debt clock, Cardi may invoke her right to go down to the courthouse before the Statute of Limitations ends to collect the judgment and renew it. Lol. Cardi has a right to renew a judgment every 10 yrs for up to 20 years. This is why Tasha's only way out is a rich uncle or federal bankruptcy. Lol. Her mouth messed her up. If I were Cardi, I would make sure to keep the judgment activated. Right when Tasha thought the judgment was about to expire, I'd renew it.
@5:41 The Goldman family can’t collect on OJ because his His NFL pensions cannot be garnished by law. He’s in a different situation than Tasha. He also has been making payments but he personally owns nothing not even a house. Horrible way to live for a man once a millionaire. When he dies his personal memorabilia then can be sold and garnished and the Goldman family can take that. So basically they are just waiting on him to kick the bucket and make an estate grab.Tasha has no NBA pension, youtube money doesn’t count toward pension. Newsflash, OJ lives in the state of Florida which protects pensions from garnishment. His holdings belong to his children and corporations owned by his children. Tasha is married those are SHARED assets.
@ 7:23, Let me explain the "catch" and why you have to be careful. Pensions, both federal and private, are protected "until" those funds are released from the pension plan entity into your personal bank account. This is where it gets messy. Creditors cannot collect or withdraw directly from any pension plan because it's held by the employer and not the debtor, but if you deposit that money into a personal bank account each month like most retirees do, they can go after you. They frequently ask judges to review your bank deposit history to see if you have enough funds in there to pay the debts. So it depends on the judge. Best bet is not to get direct deposit if you owe folks. Lol. OJ has most likely beat the Statute of Limitations and will never have to pay out. Civil suit collections are 10 to 20 yrs if they are renewed. He also got his memorabilia back after prison and so they won't be getting that either. It's a wash there.

Tasha is a business, so therefore, come up with a contract, put Tasha onto somethings to earn money, then Cardi get all her money and then some.
