Last year a woman who claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by Charlamange Tha God twenty years ago filed a civil lawsuit against the popular radio host [click here if you missed that].
Charlamange files a motion to have the case dismissed...

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, The Breakfast Club host has denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the case.
In his new filing, Charlamagne asked the court to dismiss all claims against him. He argued that “Jessica Nicole Reid has come forward countless times on social and other media” to accuse him of sexual assault at a house party.
He said “despite the undisputed facts that” the DNA from the rape kit did not match his DNA.
“[Reid] has persisted in broadly disseminating her unsubstantiated claims, ignoring that the South Carolina Solicitor in 2018 declined her request to re-open the case due to a lack of evidence while confirming that no basis existed to bring sexual assault charges against Charlamagne,” the motion reads.
Charlamagne said he had every right to defend himself publicly against the claims. His lawyer added, “witnesses have attested to the fact that Charlamagne had already left the party when the alleged assault occurred.”
The radio host wants the entire suit thrown out immediately.

Yt ppl act like CTG speaks for black ppl. He don't speak for me and I wish he would shut up most of the time.
I love CTG. He does not speak on my behalf, but I still love him and am entertained by him every day. I think he admits he’s done dirt in the pass…I think he’s a felon, after all. But without evidence, witness, or confession, he’s absolutely right to shut it down.

@ 12:19 the police report confirmed her being drugged and assaulted but her mom felt the trial would be too embarrassing. Her mother failed her. CTG admitted to more than you know. He should pay her something considering he ruined her life when he told her mom he would protect her. He tricked that child.
CTG even admitted to drugging a woman and taking it on the radio but didn't name her. So a guilty conscience talks.

He admitted on air that he and his friends used to do questionable things with local girls. They alluded to drugging and sexually assaulting girls.
I can’t stand Charlemange the Fraud. Whatever God puts on him he deserves it
