Ex-Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille’s husband Michael Sterling has hired a divorce attorney only days after publicly claiming he didn’t want to move forward with the split, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Michael has hired a lawyer named Kristal Holmes to represent him in the case.
Eva and Michael were married for five years and share two children plus one from Eva's prior relationship with singer / songwriter Kevin McCall.

Now both of them will go on to new relationships and, as usual, they will bring their best sites to the new relationship. What they need to do is bring their best sides back into their marriage.
He must have cheated and she has proof.
Michael seemed to really love Eva; if I had to guess, Eva initiated the divorce because she wants a high profile (i.e rich) famous man to propel her career and visibility. Eva is an attention wh0r3 and has been one since ANTM. I wouldn't be surprised if it's her team leaking cheating accusations about him and their marriage. Michael should've known that he wasn't going to be able to keep Eva when he lost his political bid for office. Best of luck to them.
Now that she is seeing that coinage and can hire her own security she don't need him or the safety of his arms.

Hiring a divorce attorney doesn't mean he gave up. He could absolutely still be fighting for the marriage, but to go into a legal proceeding without representation is foolish.

I have a really strange feeling that Eva is already in another relationship. She did the same thing with Lance Gross . . . they were in a relationship for a long long time and then she just broke it off. She then got with Kevin, became pregnant and as they say, the rest is history.

@6:29pm - I was actually prescribed "Ozempic" for health reasons and I can't get it cause the celebs are buying it up. This is America!
