Vegans have just as many moral and spiritual convictions as religious people and they believe food is life. So I don't see Sharina's business doing well because people are Funny about letting folks prepare food who don't have similar vegan convictions. It's one thing if they didn't know about Sharina wronging another woman, but the world knows. Typically, vegans have die hard views whether it's religion, self help, motivation, weight loss, or even animal rights. I don't see Sharina fitting that community need. What inspires her to provide physical help when she's morally bankrupt? That fits more of a fat greasy burger franchise.
About time they actually did their own thing! We know it isn’t going to last long but the initiative is a good start. Both of them still ain’t ish but people who hate Wendy will patronize them.
I never understood having an all vegan restaurant; is the demand for vegan food that great? Why not just have a robust menu with vegan options, a long with options for meat lovers? Either way, as a meat lover, the restaurant doesn't sound appealing. I agree with the above poster that the vegan restaurant biz needs a campaign, or a brand, of conviction; take Tabitha Brown for example; Tabitha has created a brand of conviction and credibility; what has the side chick done? Aside from cheating with America's sweetheart's husband? The biggest mistake Sharina could've made is going into a business sector that requires credibility and conviction; especially considering how she did Wendy Williams.
Vegan restaurants with a blk audience are doing pretty well down here in the south so it’s good these 2 found something to do. No reason to like these people but hope they find a target and their food measures up. @ 12:30, no one hates anyone, just stating the obvious because I know the vegan community very well and they are very particular and live life on a whoooole other level. Food and spirit are one to them.Food and spiritual goodness is one of the main mantras for vegans, like it or not. So it's not about hating, it's about telling them to find a business that will succeed like opening a car wash, adult day care, child daycares and things guaranteed to work, not just Sharina pretending to be deep after spending years living off of a wife's income. We see you Sharina. Lol Time to work HARD, not cute. Lol
Kelvin and Sharina should have been silent partners in the business because with him constantly taking Wendy to court for money, noone will welcome those two. Instead, they should run everything from behind the scenes until the public warms up. This way if the food is banging people will love it before discovering who made it. Alot of business people run things without the public knowing who they are, but he keeps trying to make her Diana Ross when he's no Barry Gordy. Lol. The vegan lifestyle is too strict for me. I like eggs, crablegs and raw honey. I would love to peek at the entire menu though. I heard from somebody who actually knows Sharina and he said she can throw down
