In a video message shared on Instagram Tyrese claims his attorney advised him not to pay the $10,000-a-month court ordered child support, because it was unlawful for the judge to research Tyrese's child support order for his first ex-wife in California and then match it for his second ex-wife in Georgia.
Tyrese claims after his lawyer filed a motion to remove the judge from the case she advised him not to pay child support until the matter with the judge was settled, which landed him in contempt.

This guy is so pathetic. It's always on everyone else to handle his business. He needed to work out an arrangement with his ex wife and not be a big baby and pay up. But he knew he was being difficult and disobeying court orders. He's so embarrassing and really ignorant of the law. You have a child, you pay the support based on your income. Period. His protesting and posting on a social media is why he keeps getting his ass handed to him in court. I can't with CRYRESE
Ok I listened to the whole video and he's mad cause he still loves his ex wife and he is mad he gotta pay. He is full of crap and drama. He's pissed no one feels sorry for him like he does. It's ridiculous. He really made a 40 minute video talking about how the judge was mean to him and his lawyer. Please!!
Of course his attorney was full of sh!t. What reputable attorney would allow their client to go online and spew all that crap he's been saying about his ex-wives and the judge. A real attorney with any credibility, a winning track record or professionalism, would have told him immediately to stfu. You cannot go online and call out a judge by name and use social media in an attempt to antagonize or bully them. That's a huge no no.
So now the attorney's the latest scapegoat. This clown is a 24-7 idiot and victim. An attorney or anybody else can tell him what NOT to do all day but he's so dumb he'd do it anyway. So how come when she told him NOT to pay he listened? Since when does anybody know more than he does?

No attorney worth a salt is going to order their client to go against the judge's order. Yet again, he is lying.
Men forget that child support isn't based on who has the best argument, it is best on the needs of the child and how much a person earns. Typically, 1 child can get up to 25% of the parents income, 2 kids 35%, and then it goes higher. Tyreses has not been abused by the court, the judge just knows those celebs will just drop the child and go spend that money on a whore, so why not put it on your child? 10,000 isn't that much considering a halfway nice house in cali will run the mom about 4,600 a month. Then rich kids have extracurricular activities that cost alot. It goes fast.
Tyrese hops on planes to the most expensive city in the world all of the time but he's mad about child support? Looks like he's on the United Arab Emirates flight even now which cost an arm and leg for a private booth. See, men like him want their money free to wine and dine other women. I haven't seen him fly his kids abroad yet but he stays going.
I don't believe the judge sealed the case because he cares what the public will think of his ruling or behavior. Lol I think the judge sealed it in the best interest of the child probably to hide embarrassing details. Judges DO NOT CARE what you think of them. Lol
