During a confessional in the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians, the Good American co-founder, 38, got candid about grappling with guilt for using a surrogate to bring her son Tatum, now 9 months, into the world.
Admitting she was in a "state of shock from the entire experience in general," Khloé explains in a confessional, "I buried my head in the sand during that pregnancy."
"When I went to the hospital, that was the first time it really registered, and it has nothing to do with the baby."
"I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby, and then I take the baby and then I go to another room and you're separated. It's such a transactional experience because it's not about him."
"I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it," she continues. "That doesn’t mean it's bad — it's great, but it's very different."
Elsewhere in the episode, Khloé admitted that she felt less connected to her newborn son than she did to daughter True, now 5, after she was born.
"It's a mindf—," she shared. "Kim said hers was easy, and this is not easy."

I know myself and my homegirl both had a hard time connecting to our second borns. I cared for my daughter, but I wasn’t in awe like I was with my first born. One day, I was taking snaps of her at like 3mths old to send to my fam and it just clicked. Now we are inseparable. Same happen for my friend. I told her it’ll click. Anyway, I wonder if that’s why she never shows her son. It’s always about True.
Duh… That’s the whole point of having your own baby.
She's saying she wishes someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it but bish didn't your sister have a surrogate for at least two of her kids???? You couldn't ask her about it? GTFOH wich yo lyin ass.

She didn't have fertility issues so why doesn't she admit she used a surrogate because she's afraid of being fat. She was fat shamed before she lost all the weight and all she cares about is her body. She looks like she carries the baby like he's a purse. It's really strange
Surrogates are for people who have medical issues that prevent them from carrying their own children. Hence why they are so grateful, not for people who want to sell a story and keep purchased body parts intact. The good news is lil Theus cant possibly grow up feeling worse than the half brother who is not even on the road to meeting their dad. They might as well have shared a test tube. Why would she say that knowing there are a few more surrogated children in their camp. Now everybody has questions. Saint is not a surrogate (I dont think) and he is already wishing his mother was really his step mother.

I hate defending Khloe, but she did have fertility issues, she was trying hard to get pregnant by Lamar. And I really wish these folks would go away. They aren't interesting and we don't care.
^see it looked like trying to give Lammy a baby was a story. She knew there is no way she could give him a baby with all he had going on. If she really wanted to she would have had a surrogate with him. Kris said no may have worked out better
Some ate so quick to judge...knowing damn well that postpartum happens in natural birth too....Seems like she should be talking to Kim & all them surrogates in & out Calabasas...
