Last month an order of protection was issued against actor Jonathan Majors in connection with his arrest for assaulting his ex girlfriend [click here if you missed that].
The protection order has been extended and new details about the case were revealed during today's hearing ...

According to new charging details about the alleged March incident, Majors pulled the victim's middle finger, "causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain."
Major's accuser also said the "Creed III" and Marvel star grabbed her "right arm, [placed] it behind my body, and use his hands to twist my right forearm and right middle finger, causing substantial pain to my right forearm and right middle finger."
The charging document also alleges Majors hit the victim with his hand on her right ear and caused a cut, and that he pushed her into a car using both of his hands, causing her to fall backward.
Majors appeared virtually at Tuesday's hearing, via a screen facing Criminal Court Judge Rachel Pauley. He wore a beige dress shirt in front of a white background.
The only words he said to Pauley in the five-minute hearing were "Good morning," "Yes ma'am," and "Thank you."
During the hearing, Pauley told Majors that an earlier protective order put in place for the victim is still in effect.
She told Majors that he must follow the order until the next court hearing in this case on June 13. Pauley added that if Majors does not appear on the next court date, a warrant would be issued for his arrest.
Majors is facing charges of assault to recklessly cause physical injury, harassment of physical contact, assault with intention to cause physical injury, aggravated assault to injure family, and attempted assault with intention to cause physical injury.
All are misdemeanors and carry a maximum sentence of one year in a city jail.

I'm not gonna lie, these details remind me of what Josie said Floyd Mayweather used to do to her to hide his abuse. It wasn't so much about punching her as it was doing stuff like this to cause her injury without the obvious bruises that would come from being struck.

His lawyer is working fine. Her defense just wasn’t gon work but she had to try it. If they have a trial and he won’t testify, she will try this same defense and lose. She sucks if she doesn’t avoid trial and get him a deal with probation and/or community service and no jail time.

Basically she took his phone and he tried to get it back. This entire case was blown out of proportion because one has the right complexion for the protection of the collection as Paul Mooney would say. It just seems so over dramatic.
She gives off some serious melodramatic, fall off in the floor and scream bloody murder vibes if she doesn't get what she wants while he gives gullible vibes. I think he wasn't used to pulling women and so he falls fast and hard but once other ladies started liking him she cut up sideways. They both give SILLY.
@2:02 unfortunately you don’t get to put your hands on someone because they took your phone assault is assault! It’s crazy how we have normalized certain things how we have excused abusing someone because they took a phone.

The Police Wrote JM The Ticket & Sent His Black A$$ To Jail!!! He is still is trying to figure out, what happened, & thinking "She Said She Loves Me & She Would Never Do Anything To Hurt Me"... Poor Jonathan, Smh...
@9:08 So you're saying anyone can snatch your phone from your hands and you have to stand there and let them? You mean to tell me that I can't try to get my phone back by holding their arm or hand so I can retrieve it? What's crazy is that you think it's ok to take someone's property and not face any consequences. I'm a woman and if another woman took my phone I would try my best to knock her into next week. The problem is that men are stronger than women and should exercise restraint but everyone should be able to defend themselves.

What happened to the earlier reports of him choking her and breaking her finger? Those details appear to have just gone away.
