On his way out of court after the hearing yesterday Tory begged the judge not to ruin his life...

Not sure if he is playing the legal system and hoping to slip out of his conviction on a technicality or if he has a valid argument but he is pushing a boulder up hill which is never an ideal situation hope its not to little to late and he is innocent many are incarcerated and are actually innocent, but I have to wonder why he and his team seemed so nonchalant in mounting his defense during the actual trail it almost as if he was sure he had nothing to worry about usual the mark of an innocent person who feel its a slam dunk because he knows what really took place and its not what the prosecution is saying happened. One thing as black people we must always remember lady justice being blind folded is a symbol of justice being blind for the average citizen, however if you are black in America it symbolizes justice being blind to innocence or guilt and the outcome being based on who ever presents the best case to the court.
