1. If google is correct in that he was sentenced to life (35 yrs before parole consideration), if he was to pass, wouldn't this be in alignment?
2. If google is correct in that his victim was killed in a home, why would it be an issue if he died in a prison?
I think these would be the arguments presented to his attorney.
