Ye Regains Control of $75 Million Yeezy Bank Accounts

Last year Adidas froze a bank account with $75 million in it after severing ties with Kanye West [click here if you missed that].

Ye just regained control of the accounts...

From Tag24
Adidas AG lost a court bid to freeze $75 million it paid to Ye, the rapper and designer formerly known as Kanye West, to market Yeezy shoes.
At a Tuesday hearing, US District Judge Valerie Caproni in Manhattan rejected Adidas’s arguments that it needed a temporary restraining order to ensure that the funds remain available as its dispute with Ye over the blow-up of their partnership due to his antisemitic statements continues in arbitration.
Adidas reportedly chose to file its case because the company believes $75 million of its money is chilling in Yeezy's bank accounts. Because of this, the company wanted to make sure the money didn't disappear as the respective companies sort out their separation.
Judge Caproni swiftly granted Adidas' request for an "attachment" order on an ex parte basis – meaning the asset freeze was granted without giving Yeezy a chance to counter, claiming there was "a risk that Yeezy will remove or dissipate assets" if given advance notice.
