First he said she was lying but now that there's a formal state investigation, he changed his tune to she's setting him up.

So sad. The man worked all of his life for his coins and fame and in his old age his children are doing this sht. SMH

His daughter has every right to have law enforcement look into her father being abused. She was traveling when she was alerted and came back and found out he was being bilked of his money. He's 83 and extremely volunerable. I commend her for doing the right thing. Apparently she cares for him enough to call in a legal authority to ensure his days are easy and not in a paupers nursing home
I’m so sick of hearing about these celebrity offsprings doing everything they can to milk money out of their parents. Something needs to be done on a broader scale to prevent these con artists from stealing their parents money.
Father's usually side with their son, but it;s always the son causing elder and financial abuse. Son's often time don't have patience or compassion to take care of elder person even their own. I am glad she is looking out for her father
I knew Shannon years ago and she has ALWAYS been an independent person. Not living off of her dad. I put 2 and 2 together that she was John Amos' daughter because of her last name and sticking resemblance. She was working a corporate job and supporting herself and daughter without family help.
@ 6:21 I gathered she was very independent and provided for herself. Therfore, she wasn't aware of the extent he had been taken advantage of because sge has her own money. She needs to apply for guardianship because she's not vested in living off of him or atleast let a court monitor his funds. What does her brother do for a living?
