Pittsburgh don't care; they're still hyped from Taylor Swift breaking records with her concert from a couple of weeks ago. I think ticket sales were lower than expected (@$700+ a ticket for nosebleed seats) & Bey probably wasn't going to waste the time or money trying to create some ridiculous performance on a mechanical horse. Plus, the entire concert is online and everyone saw how lazy Bey was performing; ain't nobody bothered about missing out on that.
