In a video shared on Instagram stories Masin confirms that he is NOT the person suing Dwight this time and says the reason this keeps happening is because Dwight has never been held accountble for his actions.
Masin also called out the general public for downplaying the sexual assault to focus on Dwight's sexuality.

What does the general public have to do with this? its up to law enforcement to take sexual assault of men on men seriously. The general public is not law enforcement of the judicial system. Dwight needs to held accountable for his actions against other men, he's a disgraceful predator, I'm surprised someone ain't pistol whipped his ass, or put a bullet in him yet, for abusing all these men.
