Eleven years ago Kile Glover, the son of Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster, was killed in a tragic jet ski accident on Lake Lanier in Georgia [click here if you missed that].
Now Tameka has launched a petition to have the lake drained...
Fun Fact: Lake Lanier sits on top of a former Black town called Oscarville that was flooded to create the body of water. Homes, churches, businesses and at least 20 cemeteries sit at the bottom of the lake.
Next time you don't have anything to do, Google Black towns hidden under lakes.

They should just close it. If they do drain it, leave the towns structures alone and keep the area closed
Not mad at the idea but Them Georgia crakas ain't gonna admit to the destruction of a black community. Let them continue to sail their boats in that lake cuz the ancestors in that lake stay snatching bodies. Its them bougie black ppl that better act like they got some sense & stay tf outta that lake. They better go to Destinš
Then what? Make it a memorial site? For more folks to visit and get hurt? Aht aht. Some places need to be left as is. Black people just need to know to stay the heck away from there. Georgia’s history is scarier than other states in the south, and you don’t want those problems from the ancestors.
