Last year Blac Chyna bragged that neither of her baby daddies, rapper Tyga or Rob Kardashian, paid child support resulting in both of them exposing her for being a weekend mom [click here if you missed that].
Now Blac Chyna wants to change the arrangement...

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Angela White — aka Blac Chyna — filed a “petition to determine parental relationship” against Tyga in regard to their 10-year-old son, King Cairo.
In the filing, Chyna asks the court to order “joint custody” of their child to be split between the two famous parents. Also, she included details of the current living situation and what she calls what should be done for the “best interest of the child.”
As for child support, the document states, “The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.” But, we are guessing Chyna was specific about the amount of support she sought in the case or what kind of support she sought. Unfortunately, those details have not been made public, so it’s unclear what she is asking for from Tyga.
Based on this filing, it appears the two have never had a formal custody case filed with the Los Angeles County Courts.

Good for her and if Tyga is broke as 7:02 PM has stated, then he needs to go get a job.
Him and Rob both are broke. But they wanted to brag about having their kids full time. Meanwhile one living in his little sis house and the other keep running from evictions. At least BC has her own sh*t to provide for her kids. She needs to be awarded full custody of both her kids until their dads find some stability in their lives.
March 2022 she posted she doesn’t get child support so Tyga posted he pays $40,000 a year for the boy’s school and the boy lives with Tyga Monday through Saturday so why would Tyga pay Angela child support?
People thought well she must be referring to Rob but no, he posted he pays $37,000 a year for his daughter’s school, pays all of her medical and extra curricular activities and has Dream from Tuesday through Saturday so why should he pay child support?
If anything Angela is a dead beat mom as she doesn’t pay the dads support the dads pay for everything. At the time she posted about the child support she had to give up three of her cars so she got on social media and started to complain about child support to try and drum up some cash. Then she waits another year and a half to petition a court for the child that is now 10! She needs to go get a job!

Why is she changing things?
8:27 is on it. She clearly wants the custody now so the child support can funnel through her. Those dads clearly have primary custody but she will want joint now so she can start getting the child support directly. What’s the best interest of the kids now when she had it the way she wanted it?
