Family of C-Murder's Victim Disappointed in Kim Kardashian

Last week Kim Kardashian gave an update on her advocacy to get New Orleans rapper C-Murder released from prison [click here if you missed that].

The family of C-Murder's 16-yer-old victim calls Kim's help painful and misguided...

From TMZ
George Thomas, brother of the slain Steve Thomas, tells TMZ Hip Hop ... whenever a celebrity such as Kim Kardashian advocates for C-Murder, it's like reopening the same wound that cut the family so deep years ago.
He says the advocacy from Kim K and other celebs has made it impossible to properly mourn Steve, who was only 16 at the time of his death, adding the family is constantly reliving the pain.
George says there's a mountain of evidence pointing to C-Murder as the killer, and thinks it's just celebs -- not the common man -- who want the ex-No Limit rapper freed from prison.
George says he's all for Kim using her voice to help innocent people, C-Murder is not that guy -- his conviction was upheld in 2011 and he even appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court, which refused to hear the case.

She is pandering to the lowest class remedial black people. Because Kim Kardashian IS NOT BLACK she does not understand that not all black people feel criminal behavior is a right of passage. Most upstanding common sense black folks believe you break the law, you pay the price. This grown ass man killed a kid. Shot at him on video, got out on house arrest and violated it just to go back to jail. Free C-Murder for what exactly? Clout? Because its trendy to advocate for murders and pedophiles to be out on the streets just because they’re black? Nah, B miss me with that shit. A menace is a menace you don’t get to slide as the boogie man and demon just because you’re melanated. His own family ain’t even fighting for his release. Kim acting like she is rescuing a stray from the pound. Girl get the fk on like Prince told you to.

If he did it (and he actually may have, no argument here) the crime happened 20 years ago. People have done way worse and gotten way less time.

I agree with the fam. He’s a murderer.

Yes it’s been 20 years and Steve Thomas is still dead and his brother George is still mourning his brother as well as other family members. The Thomas family should be able to grieve in peace but can’t because of celebs and this free C-Murder campaign that various celebs jump on yearly. You act like 20yrs is enough for any and every murder, even that of a teenager. I’ve seen rapists of children who deserve life so murderers definitely do too
