This week Youtuber Funky Dineva faced backlash online after harshly criticizing singer Chlöe Bailey for defending her sister from online trolls [click here if you missed that].
Dineva offers a half-hearted apology...
On the recent episode of TEA-G-I-F Funky admits his apology was prompted by a phone call from the higherups and explains,
“I 100% stand ten toes down on the fact that I think Chloe Bailey is inauthentic when it comes to her as an artist. I think that the sexual image she gives is unbelievable. I think that, in her defending her sister, the whole clapping back thing. I think it was inauthentic."
"But I also recognize that that is where my commentary should have started and stopped. I don’t have my head too far up my own a** or so far in my own ego that I can’t recognize the fact that I did cross the line when I started talking about her looks. That was below the belt. It was not necessary and it was non-germain to the story at hand. And for that, I do apologize. So, again, I apologize for going below the belt when referencing Chloe Bailey’s looks. They had nothing to do with the story at hand. This was a learning lesson and I hope to move forward and not repeat it.”

Again, nothing he said was untrue but he should not insult her looks and for that, I'm glad he apologized.
Chloe is a person who tries way too hard. Yeah he shouldn't have insulted her looks but he was right. Chloe and Halle got put on by someone who I cannot stand.

What exactly is everyone's issue with Chloe & Halle? They are incredible singers, songwriters and performers. I initially thought they were just put on by Beyonce & co, but after listening to their album "Ungodly Hour" and was blown away by how talented they were. So, why are so many ppl hating on them? Is it out of jealousy? Because they're multi-talented singers , songwriters, natural haired beautiful black women? Cause Funky went on a crazy tirade like they raped babies and maimed animals! Hateful hag.

Ladies: His comments are just one more example of the never-ending jealousy and oftentimes hatred that gay men (wishing they were born female), have ALWAYS had for REAL women! The envy and the jealousy are REAL!!
This is the the point of what I think/feel, funky whatever he goes by should never comment on anyone’s 👀 before commenting on his awful looks that’s not pleasing to the eyes 👀. Also the Bailey sisters are very talented, stop hating on them. Beyoncé took time to invest in them because she saw their talent and gave them a chance.

I’m inclined to believe a lot of that negativity is because Beyoncé invested in them. Seems really childish. Music wise people are not into Chloe most likely because they feel money that goes to her, goes to Beyoncé. That’s crazy because their voices are beautiful! They claim she isn’t really authentic but I watched their videos from their younger years and Chloe’s personality has always been over the top and they have always equally supported each other.
That hard face man has issues. Always mad at a Black woman. His core audience!
