This week actor Jonathan Majors' domestic assault trial was delayed untill next month after the prosecutor requested more time to prepare their case [click here if you missed that].
Now we know why...
Apparently the accuser has fled the country.

When they showed her at the club the same night the alleged incident happened I was thinking she lied, hopefully if she did he xan restore his name and endorsements, mo it deals. That's real victims hate coming forward people crying wolf. Only God knows what really happened besides them
This is what happens when people run around with torches and pitchforks before reviewing all of the evidence. When I saw her dancing around in a club after she claimed he had broken her finger, I knew her story was all lies.
@ 1:28, posters tried to attack me for saying innocent until proven guilty and now they are quiet and feeling goofy. This guy was about to explode on the movie scene but one temper tantrum from his girl ended it all overnight. He's a really nice guy too.
You have to remember he was the hero on the Lovecraft Country series where he fought white supremacists, racist cops,and monsters, and so law enforcement doesn't like him anyway. Whenever Black men do race based work where they fight supremacy, they get attacked. Remember his main enemy throughout the series was racist law enforcement. Don't think they haven't seen his t.v. show lol Lovecraft Country made a lot of yt folks very mad.
What he failed to add is that, she is European. I am not sure of the exact country, but she is not a US citizen nor a green card (resident permit) holder. As such, she is not be allowed to stay in the country more than a specified amount of time.

The simple fact is REAL victims want justice more than anything else so they can't be bribed and they don't run.

This case has had way too much attention. DV happens all the time and a lot get dismissed.
