Now Vonshaye claims Gunplay is refusing to sign the papers...
...and according to Florida law she needs his signature to move forward.

Does divorce need to be consensual? A couple that can’t consent to anything together probably can’t consent to much apart either.
I would not be friends with or co parent with a fool who held a gun to me and my infant a AR 15 at that then allegedly chocked said infant a restraining would be in place for me and my child and he would not see that child again as he is a danger to the child. In the state of Florida, if your spouse does not wish to sign a petition for an uncontested divorce, you will need to file for a contested divorce. You will then need to have your spouse served with papers.

Why would you file an uncontested divorce knowing that the fool you married is dragged up and crazy he not signing nothing! If he pulled a gun in you and your baby because you were leaving over night you know he not signing no divorce papers like come on. She saying this just to say she tried and since he won’t sign they may as well be together she ain’t slick
Florida is a no fault divorce state. She does not need his signature to get divorced. They just have to go before the judge... seems like that's not what they are willing to do. But no signature needed here....the judge will grant that divorce in a heartbeat.
She’s not taking this seriously. He is very capable of unaliving her and her baby. She is arrogant and stupid to believe that man is her best friend. To even think that holding a weapon to you and your child is not enough for your dumb ass to stay off social media and just quietly work to get you and your baby safely away from the drugged out psychopath.
