Roddy Ricch Seeking Joint Custody

Back in May Compton rapper Roddy Ricch was dragged into family court after being accused of abandoning his autistic son [click here if you missed that]. 

Now Roddy has had a change of heart and is demanding joint custody...

Rapper Roddy Ricch has demanded he be granted joint custody of the child he shares with his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, The Box rapper has responded to the Petition to Determine Parental Relationship filed by Kiser.

In his response, the rapper admitted he is the father of the 3-year-old.

He then requested joint legal and physical custody of the child. Ricch did not address the other allegations in this filing but did ask the court to order they split the legal fees associated with the case.

The battle is ongoing.
