Tory Lanez Denied Bond

Earlier today Canadian rapper Tory Lanez appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom after filing a motion to be released on bond while awaiting appeal of his conviction for shooting Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion [click here if you missed that].

The motion was denied...

Tory Lanez will remain in prison pending appeal.

According to reports the judge cited Tory's conviction of a violent felony, has a history of violating court orders, and the fact he isn't a U.S. citizen for the denial.

Dam
They are really trying to break him
I was looking at some of his old video
And I must say
Imo , he is more talented then
Jay z
The boy can sing R & B
Then out rap the best of them
He might be even more talented then Kanye
I think he should do time
But not ten yrs
I have seen criminals who have
done worse get less time
I think someone may have had it out for him
Who saw the talent and didnt want to see
this boy shine

@1:10am, I understand :)
I only knew him from what happened
with Meg the Stallion
So I had never listen to his music
So I was pleasantly surprised when I
heard it and liked it
But like you said, it is a matter of opinion :)
