In reality causes of infertility play out like this: 40% the males medical condition, 40% the females medical condition, 20% unknown.
There are instances where are couple is infertile together, the break up and both parties have children with their new partner, but could never get pregnant while they were together. The hood doesn't have time or money to figure these things out.
