Last week The Breakfast Club co-host DJ Envy was the subject a News 4 I-Team investigation accusing Envy and his business partner Cesar Pina of scamming real estate investors [click here if you missed that].
Now Cesar has been arrested and the iHeartRadio Offices in New York raided by the Feds...

Federal agents in New Jersey arrested the longtime business partner of popular radio host DJ Envy in connection to an alleged fraudulent real estate venture.
The arrest came a week after the News 4 I-Team reported investors claim they had been swindled out of millions of dollars.
Cesar Pina, often promoted on Envy's syndicated iHeartRadio show "The Breakfast Club," was arrested Wednesday on wire fraud. The federal complaint against Pina, 45, claims the man engaged in a Ponzi-like scheme to defraud dozens of victims.
Envy, whose real name is Rashaun Casey, was not charged. But many of the alleged victims say they were influenced by his celebrity.
A source familiar with the investigation said the iHeartRadio offices were visited by federal officials who removed electronic equipment as part of the ongoing investigation.

When bragging and boasting goes wrong. Envy led every conversation about his success with how he idolized the drug dealers in Queens. I grew up on the Northside of Queens-(Shadyville) to be exact. Envy is full of it. We had a few hustlers but their business was on the Southside of Queens, Baisley, Foch, 40PJs, and South Road. Envy like every other lil’ boy saw music videos and probably in high school developed this super materialistic ideology (now, I do blame the Northside of Queens for being big on materialism and image). But the whole “we had drug dealers” nah, not like that. Envy had music videos because I highly doubt he was a personal witness to the sh*t going down in Southside to be claiming what he is claiming. Six kids, a wife that never worked, whew. He is an opulence chaser that could not just be rich and humble. He cheated, wrote a book, verbally fought with DeJeus and Mero then Tyrese. This misfortune could not have happened to a more deserving arrogant, materialistic colorist. (Check out DJ Envy interviewing Rutina Weasly) Tara from True Blood and Almara DeNegra. He is disgusting.

What did Envy say about Rutina and DeNegra? Anyway, he's a cornball.
He gaslit Almara and asked if colorism is a real thing. And the Rutina Weasley interview was before True Blood. She was in movie called “ How She Move”. Something happened where Envy was left to interview her alone on Hot 97 and he was super mean to her. It was so bad she said to him “You don’t know anything about me or this film, I don’t know why my agent set this up.” Envy replied, “I don’t know why either.” Rutina leaves and after Envy says, “I don’t know her, I have never heard of her, nobody knows who she is and I don’t know this movie she is trying to promote.” He went on to say, “I didn’t know what to ask her. She ain’t even cute, she is dark skin and she ain’t cute” That is what he said! This was back around in 2007.

Rutina needs to have her agent setup another visit to the Breakfast Club and make them play that clip about not knowing who she is etc...I want to see that light skinned b@$t@rd fidget and lie! Beige, ugly b@$t@ed!
